  • Discuss the pros and cons of disclosing your diagnosis to others.

  • Learn how to ask for adjustments at work.

  • Consider burnout and how to avoid it.

  • Foster a positive neurodivergent identity.

  • Connect with the wider community.

+Psychological therapy

Are you trying to find a therapist who understands trauma and neurodivergence? Have you experienced something distressing and the effects of this are holding you back? Do you want space to think about what has happened to you and how it is affecting your life now?

I offer psychological therapy for neurodivergent adults who are experiencing setbacks from traumatic experiences. Trauma might include:

  • Trying to survive in a world that is designed for neurotypicals.

  • Experiencing distressing events at work, such as discrimination, victimisation and bullying.

  • Birth trauma.

  • Distressing events from the past.

As a Clinical Psychologist I draw upon many therapeutic modalities and use a trauma informed focus. I work collaboratively with you to understand your current challenges and the difficulties you are facing, in the context of your previous experiences and your neurodevelopmental profile.

One online session lasts one hour and costs £140.

Please note I do not currently have any availability for new long term therapy clients - September 2024
